The Wellness Center is hosting “Get Awesome,” the third and final installment of it’s “Look up, Reach Out” campaign. Hear what “Getting Awesome” is all about May 21 through 23 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the tables on the first floor in the SURC.
“Look Up, Reach Out” is the Wellness Center’s year-long campaign to promote emotional well-being and raise awareness of mental health issues. The purpose of the campaign, as a whole, is to show students ways to live a healthier and happier life.
The “Get Awesome” installment demonstrates to students that, as individuals, they have the power to determine what happens next in their lives. While tabling in the SURC, the Wellness Center will have an assortment of games and activities to show students how to “Get Awesome.”
