Today marks the beginning of Pride Week! There are a lot of events going on this week, including the screening of the film “I Do” tonight at 6:30 p.m. in the SURC Theater.
The film, about the discrimination faced by homosexuals coming to America, follows the story of a gay man forced to make a difficult decision as he falls in love with an immigrant. The movie steps right into the marriage equality debate and is sure to be an emotional addition to Pride Week.
