The Central Theatre Ensemble is thrilled, absolutely thrilled to bring the taste of Broadway to Ellensburg. Like, if you rated how thrilled they were on a scale of one to thrilled, they would be thrilled. Thrilled.
Even more thrilling are the ample opportunities to check out the show. The production will run on Dec. 4, 5 and 6 at 7:30 p.m. as well as Dec. 7 at 2 p.m. in the McConnell Auditorium on the CWU campus. Though, parents may consider some material unsuitable for their youngest children, including situations, language, or actions that may startle some patrons.
Admission is $12 for adults, $10 for non-CWU students/seniors and $7 for CWU students w/ID. Tickets are available at the CWU Welcome Center and Wildcat shop, or online at www.cwu.edu/tickets.
The Red Curtain Broadway Revue is a variety of Broadway classics both old and new choreographed, directed and performed by Central Washington University students. The production combines the enthusiasm and exuberance of youth with professional stage skills and serious talent. Like, if you rated the talent from one to talent, you’d get talent.
Basically, there’s no reason NOT to go the Red Curtain Broadway Revue happening this week. It’s broadway done the right way.
