On May 2nd, Poly Central and the Diversity and Equity Center are inviting the CWU and Ellensburg Community to the cultural celebration of PolyFest!

Kick off the evening at 4:30 with some delicious barbeque that is sure to satisfy your taste buds, tickets are required, but free to receive barbeque. Ticket availability is limited so check here to claim one before they sell out! For the first time this year, the food will be brought to you by a chef from popular local Seattle eatery, the Kauai Family Restaurant. This restaurant is known for providing a taste of island life and traditional comfort food, so make sure to bring your appetite!

Followed by the barbeque, the real show will start at 7:00 pm inside the McIntyre Concert Hall. Be prepared for a night of fun and excitement as Poly Central brings you authentic performances that will highlight the islands of Hawaii, Fiji, Samoa, New Zealand, Tonga and Tahiti.
