New year, new team… although, we have some returning members that we missed oh so much during the summer! We would love to meet all you Wildcats if you don’t know us just yet. With a new school year, comes new faces and incoming freshmen that don’t know who we are yet.

Major and year at CWU: BFA in Graphic Design / Senior
Favorite self-care activity: Riding my bike, and visiting the cows that live next door to me!
What is your go-to coffee order and from what coffee shop? (if not coffee, favorite drink to order): My go-to iced drink is a quad blonde espresso over ice with cream. In the cold months, I enjoy a quad whole milk latte!
What was your favorite cartoon as a child?: Too many! I loved Avatar: The Last Airbender on Nick.
If you could only listen to the 5 same music artists, who would they be?: Kendrick Lamar, Nathaniel Rateliff, Megan Thee Stallion, Passion Pit, and Hozier.
What show are you currently watching?: The Sopranos!
What are you most excited about when you graduate?: I’d love to move somewhere new and work as a designer or illustrator. Otherwise, I’ll just be excited to finally have time to adopt a dog.
Dani Flores Gomez

What are you most excited about when you graduate?: I’m excited to start a new chapter in my life that will hopefully be what I dreamed of. New opportunities and hopefully start working in a big design office or potentially starting my own business!

What are you most excited about when you graduate?: Having enough space and funds to adopt animals and getting to help all of the future students I’ll be working with!

Major and year at CWU: Film Production / Senior
Favorite self-care activity: Playing video games with my closest friends, and watching movies with my girlfriend. Doing those keep me relaxed and happy.
What is your go-to coffee order and from what coffee shop? (if not coffee, favorite drink to order): Anything blended from anywhere. Ordering coffee is confusing for me.
What was your favorite cartoon as a child?: Ed Edd n Eddy.
If you could only listen to the 5 same music artists, who would they be?: Kendrick Lamar, Kanye West, Eminem, Joji, Post Malone and Travis Scott. I’ve listened to some of these artists my whole life, and I’ve just always thought they were innovative and creative.
What show are you currently watching?: Hunter x Hunter.
What are you most excited about when you graduate?: Mainly just getting a job as a video editor or contract based videographer. I love film and video and I don’t know what I’d do if I couldn’t work in that field professionally.

What are you most excited about when you graduate?: I’m most excited to dedicate all my time to things that school hasn’t really allowed me to fully commit to. Backpacking, camping, climbing, art, traveling etc.

Favorite self-care activity: I love to write creatively and listen to Lo-fi at the same time. It gets rid of all the stress that I’m feeling in the moment, and I give myself the time to rest my brain!
What is your go-to coffee order and from what coffee shop? (if not coffee, favorite drink to order): From Starbucks, a cold brew with caramel syrup and almond milk. Anywhere else: iced vanilla latte. During the summer, I love to get a lavender lemonade with coconut milk from Jolt!
What was your favorite cartoon as a child?: I had a huge obsession with Danny Phantom and Avatar: the Last Airbender.

What are you most excited about when you graduate?: I really have been thinking more about traveling when I graduate and working abroad. I have this dream where I teach English in Japan. If not that, then I’d love to work for The Stranger in Seattle or a use my writing skills to help produce a video game or a movie. So many things to be excited for after college!
